Yummy-to-my-tummy Low Calorie Pancakes

Muh favorite invention. Best ever.
Use a low calorie, low carb, protein powder to make your pancakes under 200 calories.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 banana
1/4 c egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional - chocolate chips, blue berries, etc

Mix all ingredients in a blender except the optional.
Pour and cook like a regular pancake on medium high heat.
After pouring a pancake, drop in the option fruit or chocolate into the cake.
Flip and cook through.
Enjoy.

I eat these like everyday. Delish.
Calories depends on your protein powder!
